Robenny - School Of Business designed this course to explore contemporary dimensions of competition (cost, quality, time/delivery, flexibility/innovation) and how these priorities should be supported and enhanced by excellence in operations management practice - in policy areas such as facilities, capacity, technology, quality management, performance measurement, and logistics. Concepts will be illustrated and integrated using numerous applications, a variety of case studies and in-class exercises. Readings will be provided.
